The Aviator Parrot Harness – Petite is trusted by owners and Parrots across the world to teach Parrots to fly safely.
Although learning to fly is tricky, it is important. That’s because flying can improve your Parrot’s co-ordination, self-confidence, self-esteem, sociability and intelligence, as well as helping them become healthier, more active and fitter.
The Aviator Harness is safe and lightweight to allow flight. The lead is elasticated to prevent injury if your bird flies to the end of the lead.
This escape Proof Harness is made from a one-piece construction, with no buckles or clips for your bird to undo or break and has a wrist loop to help prevent you from dropping the lead.
With a slip-on design and easy adjustments your Aviator harness is easy fitting and has been lovingly hand-welded and made with fray resistant seams for comfort on your Parrot’s delicate skin.
The Parrot University have been producing the Aviator harnesses since 2005. It comes with free Aviator training information, and there’s seven different sizes and choice of up to six colours.

Petite: For birds from 75-110 grams - Cockatiels, Small Conures (e.g. Green Cheeked).
Keeping Your Harness Clean
Best advice is to wash by hand with warm soapy water.
If placing in a washing machine, place the harness and the leash in a bag to prevent it from tangling. Ideally place on a cold wash. For more stubborn stains place on a warm wash. Please note although the warm/hot water will not damage the high quality nylon, it may have an unseen effect on the high quality rubber inside the shock cord.
