Advanced foraging Parrot toy.

Part of the Creative Foraging Systems range, this Creative Foraging Windmill Interactive Parrot Toy is designed to promote healthy foraging behaviour.

Unscrew the wing nut, lift off the lid, and fill the top chamber with food. 

Fasten the lid back on and attach to the Parrot’s cage with the double screw on fitting.

Watch the Parrot enjoy the thrill of figuring this puzzle out. 

To get their prize all the way to the bottom they need to figure out the two stages and in the right order. 

The lid rotates and when the clever bird works this out, it turns the baffles in the very top section, sending their tasty rewards a stage further to the bottom. 

Now they have figured out the first part, can they master stage two? 

The dish at the bottom catches the rewards as they fall out, but it also spins, and as it does it moves the paddles in the three chambers above. 

By turning the dish the Parrot can make their prize move ever closer to the exit, chamber by chamber.

The bird's Foraging Windmill attaches securely to the cage bars with two holders, preventing the toy from being shaken or easily bashed around, which means there is no easy method for retrieving their rewards, making the Parrot work harder for a more satisfying meal.
